NAOSS NHQ 2020*

*Why you should  consider Speaker as the Next NAOSS President❓and Who is Speaker❓*

Let’s go by the appellation given to him *SPEAKER*.   He was honored  the *SPEAKER* title due to his Contributions when he served as the CAPACITY Students’ Union Government *Speaker* at   Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, Oyo State.

*Tesleem Ayowale Salahudeen ( SPEAKER)* hails from Ilobu, Irepodun Local Government, Osun State. He loves impacting the lifes of people positively wherever he finds himself.  He  is vying for the office of President  and he need your support and induction.

*WHY PRESIDENT?*

This position is one of the most important office in the  Union as the President “is primarily responsible for safeguarding the academic interests and personal welfare of students” as well as “ensuring that the Association is acting in a way which promotes the academic interests and welfare of students”.
Furthermore, I strongly believe that the welfare of students is the key to attaining academic excellence. It is therefore imperative for students to elect someone who understands their interests and who is committed in safeguarding such interests. I am therefore seeking your support and votes even as he offer himself to serve you as the Chief Servant.

*WHY VOTE FOR SPEAKER?*

I humbly believe that he has the requisite skills and ability to function effectively as President  if elected.
He has served in many Capacities. He served as Students’ Union Government Rt. Hon. Speaker at Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, Oyo State in 2015/2016. He served at Ilobu National Students’ Union National Headquarters(INSU NHQ)  as President in 2018. I believe that these experiences will help him in functioning effectively and efficiently as President

*WHAT HE SEEK TO ACHIEVE IF ELECTED?*

• To work with the State Government Especially (Ministry of Education)   in ensuring that the Osun State Students have the best Academic Standard.

• To work efficiently and effectively with all the Local Governments indigenous Presidents and all the branch President for the progress of our dear Association.

• To ensure that all the Association programmes are centred on promoting the culture of equality, diversity and inclusion.

• To consistently and relentlessly represent the views and interests of all students especially as it concerns our education and welfare before the Government.

According to Moshood  Kolawole Abiola, he said and I quotes, “the growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership”. Your growth and development as a student is dependent on your Education and Welfare. He is determined to ensure your growth and development as a student by ensuring that issues relating to our academic interests and welfare are dealt with timeously, efficiently and effectively.
